A space designed around you

At Nobira, every class begins with a moment of stillness — time to transition from the demands of daily life into the presence of your practice. We believe yoga should meet you where you are, not the other way around.

Our studio is thoughtfully designed to support your journey inward. Soft lighting, warm floors, gentle music, and the subtle scent of incense create an atmosphere where you can fully immerse in the experience. No rushing, no comparing — just your breath, your body, your pace.

We offer classes for all levels and life stages, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, from expectant mothers to energetic children. Our instructors provide attentive guidance, offering modifications and encouragement so everyone feels supported.

Located on Duckworth Street in St. John's, Nobira is more than a place to practice — it's a space to reconnect with yourself, one breath at a time.
